Return & Refund Policy

At The Magical Medium, all items are created with intention and care. Due to the nature of our products—many of which are made-to-order or used for ritual purposes—please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Contact Window

All issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Please email magic@themagicalmedium.com with your order number and details of the issue. Requests outside of this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Refunds & Exchanges

Clothing (Print-to-Order)

All apparel is printed specifically for you at the time of purchase.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days for resolution

Ritual Products (Candles, Spiritual Baths, and Related Items)

All ritual products are created with energetic intention and are considered active once used.

  • Ritual products are non-refundable and non-returnable once used
  • Unused ritual products may be returned within 3 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition

Shipping Damage (Ritual Products Only):
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, it will be replaced.

To qualify, you must email within 3 days and include:

  • Photo of the damaged item
  • Photo of the shipping box

Digital Downloads

All digital products are final sale.

Once delivered, they are considered received and cannot be returned or refunded.

Incorrect Address / Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at magic@themagicalmedium.com with photo evidence.

Failure to provide photos or contact within the required timeframe may result in denial of replacement.
